Workplace by Facebook makes it more convenient to promote our business across social media.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Using this platform works well for our business because its a lot similar to the usual set up of a regular FB account that I'm currently using for my family and friends. I like this app because it's more straightforward to send messages to all staff members using the platform's messenger feature. I can post announcements, solicit ideas, and plan for company events by only using one platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm quite satisfied with using Workplace by Facebook. I have nothing to complain about as of the moment.

We decided to use this product to communicate more effectively to all of our employees without any excuse at all. Exchanging ideas for specific projects or making follow-ups can be done in real-time.
