Workplace by FB keeps me and my colleagues closer to each other.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Workplace is one of the best apps that comes into mind when I think about stuff in the office. Everyone seems to love using this platform because of its easy and convenient. It allows you to initiate multiple group chats to help you efficiently coordinate things. Also, all updates are posted on time into the newsfeed so that all employees won't miss reading them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am happy that I'm able to use Workplace through my smartphone. But the only catch is I have to install two apps for me to use it efficiently. One is for the main profile where I can post updates and news feeds while the other app is strictly for messages only. It's not much of a hassle because I'm now used to switching apps now and then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I realized that Workplace is way better than Slack in terms of communication. Posting urgent concerns is now made possible in Workplace where all employees can see my posts in their feeds. Now I don't have to worry whether a person could read the updates or not since they are all required to log in every day.
