What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a one of a kind software that comes with a list of features that we highly need for our business to run successfully. I like how it brings people or workers close to each other through instant communication with the help of technology and social media. Workplace by Facebook has a lot of similarities with the traditional FB account in terms of layout, features, and functionality. However, it is designed for companies to keep their members engaged with what’s going on within the company. It makes it easier to plan and brainstorm for our projects, plus I don’t have to send individual reminders to my team because I can post it on the news feed and make it highly visible for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Using this social media platform for our company has proven to be very beneficial to all of our employees. However, the dashboard itself is a little bit complicated to comprehend, especially for first-timers. The search bar on the top of the page is usable, but there are some things that we have difficulty finding. Also, the connectivity of audio and video calling needs a lot of improvement so we can utilize this feature in our future collaborations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have noticed that ever since we started using Workplace by FB, my team became more productive and successful with their projects. The platform opened more doors for them to collaborate even after office hours. I like how the team is responsive to my updates and messages, making a big difference in the way we communicate things in the past. We continue to utilize its wonderful features for calls, meetings, and updates because it works for everyone on the team.
