I have noticed that more people are always looking forward to pitching their ideas on how to improve specific projects, and it seems that they have no trouble expressing it through this platform. I am glad that we can make use of its built-in features like messaging, calling, and sharing documents, which allows us to work seamlessly throughout the day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are several things that Workplace by Facebook needs to address to make sure that its clients remain satisfied with their service. One is the sign-in option, which should only take a minute or two to complete. However, with this app, it takes longer than expected for new employees or joiners to be granted their access, which can be frustrating. Also, the quality of calls and video are sometimes fuzzy, so we would opt to use the messaging app instead.
