The best aspects of Workstatus are how it combines time tracking, project management, and employee monitoring into one platform. Features like GPS tracking, automated attendance, Kanban boards, and productivity reports make it easier to stay organized and get a clear view of team performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some aspects that could be improved are the strictness of monitoring features, like screenshots and activity tracking, which may feel intrusive at times. Using it on personal devices can also raise privacy concerns. Additionally, having more integrations and wider user feedback would make it even more reliable.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In future versions, I’d like to see more third-party integrations with commonly used tools, smoother mobile functionality, and customizable monitoring options so employees feel more comfortable. Adding advanced analytics and better collaboration features would also make Workstatus even more effective.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Workstatus helped us solve several challenges, especially around tracking attendance, managing remote teams, and keeping projects on schedule. Manual timekeeping was a big issue before, and now it’s automated with GPS and attendance features. It also gave us better visibility into productivity, which improved planning and accountability.
