What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Wrike is its flexibility. It allows you to customize the experience the way you want so it can suit all your needs. We were searching for a solution so we can replace home-grown software that is written by someone who no longer works at our place. We are non-profit organization and the price that Wrike offers is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We use this software for more than 3 years, whenever we run into some issues or misunderstandings we call its customer team and they resolve the solution for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wrike helps us to be more organized and productive so we can improve the customer service scores. The ROI was immediate and this was affordable solution to maintain our projects in one place. We are able to serve our customers fast and to improve their satisfaction.
