What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is flexible and easy to use. Its support team is great and it provides great videos that help you to better understand this tool. Our team found new way of collaborating and they have really improved the delivery time and reduce the meeting hours for checking project updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, there is no way to automatically export report into PDF format, I have to log in check the reporting system every single day. I’d really like to receive print report in my email. Also, they could make the request from builder more flexible.

Thanks to this software we managed to improve the team collaboration.
