A very helpful and practical AI app that I use every day

What are the best aspects of this product?

You get a personal assistant who can do most of the things a personal human virtual assistant can do. I use x.ai to help me schedule meetings and it works fairly well. The process is also pretty simple. I just CC my AI assistant to every email sent to my target audience. But you should make sure the email contains enough information for the assistant to process so it can also give appropriate response. After sending an email, the ai will follow up 3x, read my calendar, and eventually suggest the best time for the meeting. Amy will then put the schedule of meeting on my calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is helping me nail down sales demo times as well as dates for clients who showed cautious interest but we're never committed. Pretty helpful in my job in sales.
