Difficult to use but worth the time and effort learning how it works

It can take care of your emails so you don't have to. It can also plan or schedule meetings. If used the right way, it can benefit you a lot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to use. They have a knowledge base containing enough amount of guides to help you get a hang of it but the steep learning curve will require you to spend a significant amount of time learning how it works and how to make the most of the product. But it's worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to spend time sending personal emails. This assistant handles the task on my behalf. On top of that, email recipients are usually satisfied with the assistant's responses. The product works pretty well if it's fully programmed.
