What are the best aspects of this product?

It saves me the hassles and time spent scheduling appointments via email. With Amy, I can send out hundreds of scheduling requests at once with so much ease. And whenever I have problems or questions regarding the platform and its features, their customer support responds quickly. But the best thing is, Amy sounds and comprehends effectively so the people who got to talk to her usually thinks she is human. I love seeing them get surprised when I told them she's an AI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This AI is great. I haven't encountered any major concern yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling hundreds of phone calls used to be a time-consuming and laborious task. But now with the aid of x-ai, I don't have to worry about it anymore. This assistant does the scheduling now. I just CC her in the mail merge program and she takes care of the rest.
