What are the best aspects of this product?
No more missed email or sales opportunity. X.ai, also called Amy, helps me respond to emails from our local and international clients and potential customers as fast as possible. I already had a personal assistant (human) whom I am working with for about two decades now but of course, I can't have her work as an assistant on my new business. As a startup, there's no enough money to hire a new live personal assistant so I just chose to have an AI assistant. It's way more cost-effective. Also, some of the executives I'm working with also use this AI so it's easy to set up meetings with them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are phrases she cannot process and comprehend which makes it difficult to instruct her. Thankfully, there are x.ai tips and guides to fix this problem. Another thing, I think it isn't a problem with the x.ai but people sometimes think they are talking to a human and asks if they can meet Amy in person.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I don't have to manually schedule meetings and followups with partners and prospects. This gives me more time to attend more meetings. It also ensures that followup emails are sent to the leads.
