PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It saves me a lot of time. I am running a small business and I don't have enough resources to employ a human assistant yet. There are many things to do and I don't have all the time in the world to handle everything including small tasks such as scheduling. X.ai has been my savior. Amy (their ai assistant) is reasonably priced and can effectively handle tasks like scheduling. It's perfect for me. On top of that, X.ai team listens to its user's feedback and make improvements accordingly. I will highly recommend this product to those looking for ai assistant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a steep learning curve. I was able to use 95% of Amy's abilities but it took me a while to discover how things work. Onboarding or educational calls for new users would be helpful. Also, it would help if they make Amy smarter. Speaking of the level of intelligence, Amy is not capable of answering all questions of clients. Sometimes, her answers may be quite off which may cause misunderstandings. It can be solved by letting people know they are not talking to a human being.

I don't have to handle scheduling anymore.
