What are the best aspects of this product?

This is perfect solution for my business needs. Its paid version has lot of exporting and project management features. It works perfectly on every platform like Linux, Mac and Windows. Also, It is so simple and intuitive that it can be used by almost everyone. We can share mind-maps with other team members, edit and moving things around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could offer trial period for the paid version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything is automated even the number sections and updates. I can write drafts for documents and export the plain text for the edition. I can take notes and put everything into perfect order. I’m using basic editing and highlighting features and I can mark out an important information. We can share notes and export PDF.
