I’m very satisfied with Xmind

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the XMind free version because it’s perfect for my professional needs, and its paid version offers wonderful exporting and project management features. I like that the product works perfectly on every platform whether it is on Windows, Mac and Linux. The other good thing is that the product can be used by almost everyone and I can even share mind maps with my team members. There is an option for editing with keyboard and moving things around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could make trial period for the paid module.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that everything is automated even numbering of sections and updates, I’m using it to write drafts for documents and export the plain text for the edition. It’s great product for taking notes and putting everything into order. I use its basic editing and highlighting features so I can easily mark out an important information. I am able to share notes, to include PDF export for my coworkers and they don’t even need to install the application.
