What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about XMind is that we can work around it through using keyboard shortcuts entirely, helping me work faster. Other positive points are you can export files into a variety of formats, not need a supporting external app as XMind can work and operate on its own, and tick with an older version, reject upgrades and see it still work properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app version needs finetuning. The same can be said with the new version for the desktop. Another thing about the new version is that users need to create a new account to use it which isn't usual for app upgrades. Both the app and new desktop versions also take up too much storage space.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

XMind brought organization and efficiency into our workflow. We can create a completion journey for one task and simply mark it once completed. We can let our consultants know of our plan down to the smallest detail as we could just share the maps we worked on as a team. Learning of XMind couldn't have come at a better time than now as we rethink our work process strategies.
