What are the best aspects of this product?

Mind mapping is a common activity in business but it tends to get messy when so much has been added and removed to the ideas being formed on the plate. XMind fixes this with its very user-friendly mindmap managing platform which you can access in any device. It also offers different chart templates for presenting the ideas. You can also export files and convert them into different file types.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version sucks while the premium packages, given its limited features, don't warrant being pegged at its current price tag. In addition, loading, even in the premium version, isn't as fast as expected in any platform. There are lags when working on big, file-heavy projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Despite its needs for improvements, XMind has helped me both as a student, for remembering my notes, and as a professional for more organization in my workflow.
