What are the best aspects of this product?

Great product for creating detailed mind map of apps, it offers various notations so we can make the mind-map more eye-catching. XMind is easy to use, and the desktop version is easy to install. This product is made for creating decision maps, SWOT analysis, Org Chart, Cause-Effect map and etc. We can even share the mind maps on the local network and it can be used by everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is great to start with once you grow you can use other software if you wish. Comparing to Microsoft software this one has fewer options available than MS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before implementing XMind we had various problems starting from creating project report, analysis of high-level requirements, creating cause-effect map and etc. When we started with this product we managed to solve all the problems and questions we had, all the work is done quickly and easily, we don’t have to use pen and paper anymore in order to write plans and solving issues.
