What are the best aspects of this product?

XMind has great amount of customization options, I can easily take notes and create diagram of what is said during lessons, and I can decorate with notes each element of tree diagrams. It has various styles so you can easily find one that could suit your needs. I like that the product is cross platform and it can be used by 3rd part apps. I also love the export options, I can print notes and sheets as PDF without losing the consistency. There is even an option to export with index of contents in Word format and you can shape the way you want by choosing colors, dimensions, font and etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have run into issue with its complexity whenever I manage large amount of sheets, then the program consumes lot of resources, and when I try to reopen a file on which I was working so many times I usually end-up with not completed task. In order to solve the issue I trouble-shut various points of the scheme but this is not ultimate solutions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it for planning my studies, I have great amount of content and it allows me to conduct research, I can display the result of the summaries that are created on various devices.
