What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the ability to email receipts. Xpenditure is flexible, user friendly and easy to set up the reporting and expense structure. The app provides us with the ability to create master account so we can oversee the expense management. I can import bank transaction. The integration with Dropbox is great, I can archive, send and maintain reports. The price is great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It needs great ability to identify “duplicate entries”. It would be great to manage project easily or to delete project titles from the web and mobile app. I would like to see option to cut/crop the receipts and placed into the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I don’t spend so much time on collecting and writing expense request. Also, I don’t have to worry about losing receipt because Xpenditure allows me to upload them directly into my phone by using the mobile app.
