What are the best aspects of this product?

We were able to discard multiple paper and excel sheets creating silos and data loss. Real time data are collected on time clock terminals located at our clients sites, mostly manufacturing. The main advantage is instant overview of who turned out on the shift.
Accurate reports and outputs with the attendance data improved our invoicing cycle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features / reports need customizationbut the development team is ready to implement requested changes.
