PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hands down the integration into Gmail. No other product comes close. While it is tempting to wonder why this would be so important, just try to work outside your email with some of Yanado competitors. Yanado simplifies your work process by keeping you in one place and presenting you different perspectives of your work, all from one clean, well-organized interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Depending on your computer, the window refresh can lag leaving you having to recheck items if you have had to check multiple items at once.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Of course, it would be great if they could just go the rest of the way and do my work for me, but there comes a point where you have to stop expecting things from someone else and simply take up your own responsibilities.

The good thing is that the team is incredibly responsive to the needs of their customers.

Why did you decide to change it?

Todoist is fabulous, but lacks the visual layout of projects. As a highly visual learner, I found myself struggling to really conceptionalize where things stand. I loved how Todoist lived in Gmail, however so I set about to find a project management system that would do the same. Wrike is solid, but just not integrated into Gmail like I wanted.
