What are the best aspects of this product?

What I have is a platform that makes tracking emails simple and straightforward. This tool is ideal especially if you work in sales and you need to know whether your emails are getting opened or ignored. The email templates feature is also a great help as I can store templates that are getting positive responses. It syncs with Gmail which is useful to me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I worry that the link tracking URLs are filtered as spams. Attachments I share via their tool is wrapped in Yesware skin, which can be unattractive to prospects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am now able to to determine email metrics that are important to lead qualification process.
