What are the best aspects of this product?
There is no doubt that Yesware is the best email tracking software we have used. We love its email tracking functionality and how it seamlessly syncs with Salesforce. But the customer service is the best thing about Yesware. They exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have issues, I know I can depend on them to get me through.

There are instances when emails end up not being tracked because people tend to check and uncheck tick boxes.

Instead of logging in to Salesforce to manually log emails, Yesware saves us a lot of time because it automates the process.
