What are the best aspects of this product?
I really love the email templates. As a salesperson, I first used Yesware to monitor email opens, but I realized that the email templates are the best feature of the product. Creating 10 or more templates to plug them into an email is just a breeze.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am not a huge fan of the email open tracking feature. It seems there are instances when there are just so many notifications pop up on the same email. I also dislike the fact that notifications are delivered when I open up the email that I sent.

Creating emails using templates is now easy and less time consuming.
