What are the best aspects of this product?
Yesware greatly enhanced my team's efficiency. Its templates are fantastic in heping us with our e-mail outreach. This is so we can make a measurement on which templates are deemed highly effective for certain outreach types. It's great to save us time since it automatically logs things in Salesforce. In a nutshell, it saved us time and helped us be more smart with things.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Just recently, its integration for Outlook is a lot more stable. But we still faced problems whenever we use it. The web app's reporting functionality could use some improvement.

Thanks to the templates, things are a lot more efficient. It allowed for improved knowledge sharing across members within the team. Adequate tracking/storage of data via Salesforce integration. Enhanced understanding in determining the most optimal messages.
