What are the best aspects of this product?
I just love how Yesware simplifies tracking emails. I am currently using the free plan and it is already adequate. That said, I don't mind paying premium if it becomes necessary. The interface is also appealing and I love how the system instantly reveals to me which emails have been read and which have not been opened.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be a pain at times whenever I forget to uncheck internal company emails, they all get tracked and counted against my monthly limit.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Yesware provides me with better insights into my sales emails, whether it is a cold email or a follow-up to a potential client. The platform shows me which subject lines are more effectibe in encouraging recipients to open the emails and which are not.
