What are the best aspects of this product?
I've simply fallen head over heels with Yesware. I'm a Yesware user for the past past few years. There's a lot to love with it. Gains have been efficient. It's a great time saver and workflow has never been this simple.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn't picture it as something I'd hate. But I'm a little curious in terms of where the product is headed. Other tools for sales intelligence are mainly concentrated on list building, lead gen, and targeting (via different tech forms).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Yesware enabled me to do a number of things. It reduced my sales cycle. It significantly increased the number of deals being closed. Being able to meet metrics that were frequently assumed as "unreachable." Geting a quick "yay" or "nay" from prospects.
