What are the best aspects of this product?

In the intermediate level, Yesware is product that does a good job in terms of performance. It's a critical sales tool worth keeping. When it comes to the product level, its templates ended up being used frequently. They helped us make the most of our time. It allowed us to create the proper message for every sales cycles stage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's not much to hate with Yesware. An area that could use some improvement would be its analytics. Since we make heavy use of Yesware for outbound campaigns, it'd be a big benefit to go back the last month. This would make it easier in comparing campaign metrics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Boomtrain is resolving issues seen in poor e-mail experiences. We're helping e-commerce organizations and publishers deliver incredible user experiences. This is through predicitve personalization and machine intelligence. Our customers are able to see a huge increase in click-through rates. At the same time, a huge boost in user retention and engagement can be seen.
