What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how easily I can track my emails. All I have to do is tick a box and all of my emails are monitored. Notifications are delivered via that handy pop up whenever someone opens my email. And it works well with Gmail, which is a big deal. I can create templates and see which ones are getting opened more thanks to the software's reporting tool. The blog also provides useful content especially for beginners.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't sync with other popular CRMs, just Salesforce. Also, there is a need for the mail merge function to be accessible for premium accounts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aside from tracking my emails, I can analyze which templates are effective and which templates does not work.
