What are the best aspects of this product?
The email notification feature is awesome along with the user-friendly interface that is ideal for salespeople who want to continuously work and don't want to be interrupted. Aside from being very friendly, the platform is quite intuitive too. The team tracking reports shows us which messages are effective in getting people to read our emails and take the desired actions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While the automatic updates are a good thing, it can cause some issues in our end, particulalry with our endpoint security. I also wish they would allow administrators to cancel bulk jobs and not submit a support request for it to be performed.
