What are the best aspects of this product?
Yesware's core functionality is all I need - telling me when someone opened my emai. The interface is also a big highlight. I also love the fact that it integrates with Gmail, enabling me to see email opens without having to exit the program.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The default pop up notifications are really annoying, especially if you send large volumes of emails. That means I get bombarded with notifications when I send my prospects and clients with bulk emails. I can simply turn that off if it gets annoying. I would also love it if they had a daily report of recent activities. Scheduling emails and the reminder feature are both lackluster.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is great to know that my emails are getting through to prospects and clients, and it gives me feedback and my recipient's level of engagement. I am more confident to take action knowing that someone is still engaged in the sales process, instead of having to constantly send follow-ups
