What are the best aspects of this product?

Yesware allows me to receive real-time information, like prospect reading my emails, mail merge data, and links clicked to mention a few. With all the information that is available to me, I can quickly decide to move in to a certain prospect if their actions indicate they are interested in what I offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope Yesware fix the bug in the mail merge function. Most of the time, I have to exit the program as well as Gmail and then log back in just to edit something.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Yesware significantly helped in increasing our customer engagement and simplified the way to perform A/B testing wil our email campaigns.
