What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Yesware informs me when someone opens the emails I sent. Another good thing about the software is that I can "remind" people that they have received and read my email. This is crucial especially if people just say the usual "we never got that invoice" excuse. I have a log to prove it and I "gently" remind them that we have sent an emai.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is not one thing I dislike about Yesware. It has been a good ride so far, although it would be great if the mail merge function is available in all packages.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Tracking emails and reminding people that they did get it. This has a positive impact on our communication with clients and prospects.
