What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing with Yesware is that I get to know which person has opened my e-mail. Another benefit is having a solution for individuals who forgot to open their e-mail. A log is available for you to give them a reminder. I'm all too familiar with the we-never-received-your-invoice excuse. I'd constantly remind them when my sent e-mail was opened.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As a long time Yesware user, I don't have much complaints. But I do wish the merge functionality would be omitted from the higher versions. I would use that functionality from time to time. But it's not enough to be purposely included in the higher tier service. Aside from that, the package has everything a user would ask for.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication. At times, people would lost track in responding to e-mails. They'd often make an excuse of "not getting it." This ensures that those same people did receive and opened their e-mail. Whenever you're aware of someone who hasn't opened their e-mail, it gives you a compelling reason to re-send them the e-mail and touch based with them once again.
