What are the best aspects of this product?

I think Yext is such a great initiative! It allows users (companies that need to handle multiple platforms on the web, basically) to control all dealings from one central place. I am in the Marketing and Advertising industry and SEO campaigns are really important for us to drive more traffic to our website. Through Yext, not only have we improved our ratings, but we’ve also been able to make sure that our message across all platforms is consistent. If you are in the market for a tool that gives you control over all your platforms, then do yourself a favor and check out Yext.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really liked their review generator—too bad they decided to discontinue that feature. But I do understand why they had to make that judgment call.

Yext has helped us improve our search engine performance. Now, we’ve boosted all our online initiatives on different platforms, even on social media. Monitoring our reviews posted on other websites has been much easier too.
