A great SEO tool for managing multiple sites

What are the best aspects of this product?

We run multiple operations all over the US. Yext has allowed us to announce and publish updates across all our pages from one central location. It makes information about us—especially our location—easy to find online too. On top of all of this, they have a pretty competent customer support team as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yext somehow consolidates all operations near each other as one. Two nearby offices, for example, get ranked by Yext as one. As you can imagine, this can be quite frustrating on our part.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Yext makes it possible to manage and update various offices all from one central location. Considering how vast our operations are, this is pretty useful to us. However, the issue with ranking offices that are too close together (in terms of location) still remains to be solved.
