What are the best aspects of this product?

For someone who needs to oversee various websites across the net, Yext makes this daunting task a lot easier. I love that it consolidates all of the reports and performance insight so that I don’t have to jump from one to another just to view all my data. I love that Yext also lets me engage with my audience (again, from one central point) quite easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yext has this unwelcome capacity to publish posts on our social media pages. This is a pretty big turn-off for us, and I’m glad we’ve been able to fix this now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been on top of managing various pages now for my business. Because I now manage all platforms from one point and this has improved my efficiency.
