What are the best aspects of this product?

I talked to Stacey and Tyler and had an awesome discussion. Their team is incredible! Throughout the discussion, we were able to talk about how we can build winning strategies and figure out what exactly is needed to accomplish that. Great people do create great things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No complaints about using the system, just some suggestions. It would be nice if they’d improve the attributes, particularly in the franchise model.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to handle duplicate listings, update all store information from one location, lockdown important information, and give our clients a reliable answer to their questions. Everything has been helpful in boosting our SEO.
