I love using this tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that struck me the most about this tool is how user-friendly it is. With it, we can easily check on the performance of our client's websites and come up with the appropriate report. There is no steep learning curve when it comes to the dashboard, and I and the team were able to grasp it quickly. It is a great tool when it comes to local SEO, whether you're aiming to improve it or report on it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have a lot of complaints but one thing I do wish that was better was the onboarding time with regards to new accounts. The process can take a while, and sometimes that doesn't sit well with clients who want the information as quickly as possible. Improving that in future versions would be a big plus.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, I think we've been able to clearly understand what it is our clients need since it has helped us track and understand local SEO. This has improved client satisfaction.
