What are the best aspects of this product?
We have hundreds of locations, and thanks to this tool we can update information about all of them in real time, and even check to see if the information is correct all across the web. The events platform that it offers has also been helping us out in our B2C events. I also like their customer support team. Every time we have come to them they have always been helpful, well-informed, friendly, and quick to respond.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think one negative with this tool is that if we were to choose to use a different one, the data it consolidated for us would end up scattered all over the web again. Rather than just having one place to see our pages, we'd have to visit each site again, like the Yellow Page, Google my Business, and Yelp.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has been crucial in keeping our listings accurate all over the web, whether it is on the Yellow pages, Google, or Yelp. We've been able to keep store hours, address, and other critical information correct and updated. Using their feature for events has also helped u come up with a microsite that has the event details and is colorful and fully customizable.
