My Experience with Yext software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I’m able to manage several top directory listings and gather them all in one place which is very helpful in enhancing the online presence of our clients and maintaining consistency within the listings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since everything is installed in Yext, sometimes our clients are having trouble to directly access their listings in order to add images and other stuff. Because of this, there are several instances when we have issues about listings not reflecting the changes that clients did because it would revert to original when we access it. I hope in the next updates of this tool, our clients can have an easier time accessing their own listings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Yext is very useful for maintaining the consistency within our released listings. Thanks to this, our SEO process is running more smoothly.
