Yotpo is a fantastic service. It's very easy to utilize and set up. I came away impressd with their customer service team. They were quick to respond and provided adviced to assist me with any problems that I may have. They've been good to me since the very beginning.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its integrated mail-after-purchase emails took a bit of time for our developers to deal with. We're currently running a small team. Sadly, we don't have our own in-house developers. Now it's currently being set up so we can depend on it to help serve us for the long term.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Just recently, we got to some main points. For social proof, we plan on ading reviews carousel to pages we deemed important on the journey of our customers. The feedback naturally assists us in seeing which areas we can improve on. The tool automates this leading to useful feedback without wasting any effort.
