PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Yotpo does a lot of tasks for us. It sends out emails to customers to get reviews from them, offers our coupon codes to users, and automatically publishes reviews on our website and social channels. It was easy to integrate the app with BigCommerce and we did not require IT expertise or a lot of time to add the software on our site. The app looks good on our product page and blends smoothly with the design and layout of our online store.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only grouse is that product is a bit overpriced for the features it offers. If the vendor reduces the rate by just five dollars, it would offer incredible value for money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company has limited manpower so we welcome the fact that Yotpo automates our business processes and manage all the hard work. We don’t have the time to publish all the social reviews and email customers to get their feedback after they purchase the product. Another big plus point is Yotpo’s integration with BigCommerce.
