What are the best aspects of this product?
Despite the absence of its styling, the front part of Yotpo still looks polished and professional. This is a good thing especially if one is too busy working on their image styling. It's very simple to divide the varying stores and our current staging environment with this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I couldn't really figure out how to precisely mail after a purchase has been made. It worked initially but that stopped when I inquired for further details with our representative. We were hesitant to switch it on since we have no idea of what was being sent to our previous buyers.

We're making use of Yotpo so new customers can get that "feel" at how good our Cashmere is. It's difficult to purchase stuff that expensive on the internet without having to meet them in person. So, it's a big help to get user reviews to help ease any concerns that they may have.
