What are the best aspects of this product?
Account success managers and support from YotPo are top notch. We now currently own three account managers. All of them have been good to us so far. Widgets and integration capabilities are awesome. Unfortunately, not all users can see other things that make this tool so great (marketing, statistics, analytics, etc.).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the stuff they have are so technical, it's difficult for me to comprehend. For instance, getting the product catalogue and product image upated or migrating a review to another page can be tough. Fortunately, YotPo is there to be of assistance. Plus there are other people in our workplace who know their around the process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
More benefits could be made, to be honest. But looking at everthing in general, this tool's marketing and user reviews can significantly influence customers. In addition, it has the ability to drive revenue. Mail done after purchase review have been very beneficial.
