Following up with customers who did not add a review after they purchase. Free version is ok (no user generated photos included)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It slows down the site.
Remove their logo (it makes you look cheap, like a free app).
Extremely expensive.
You loose your reviews if you do not continue with the paid version. When we stopped paying, we could not go back to the free version, our account was blocked and lost all our reviews (which we have paid for)
