What are the best aspects of this product?
The free plan that I have prompted me to pursue some questions for after sales email that wasn't mentioned within the documentation. A rep who goes by the name of Shirel has been a huge help. She gave me comprehensive information explaining to me what'll happen precisely and how to help meet my goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As what others mentioned, there's a penalty when it comes to site speed. I have no idea how this tool can compare to its competitors. So, I'm clueless if this is actually "legit" criticism. Documentation has been good in general. But when wanting answers to extensive questions, this where their documentation falls flat.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Setting up Yotpo has been simple. It does its job very well. I'm very sure their paid plans have some worthy benefits that we may want to include in the future. But right about now, we're just a startup. So, having a a free plan to work with is already a benefit.
