PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s now over a year since we started using YouCanBook.me to book consultations with our university instructors and so far it is great. We love its features and the benefits it brings. We did have quite a hard time figuring out how to set up the system at first but their customer support team has always been available to answer our questions. They assisted us throughout the process. The system set up is the only process which took us some time. After that, everything runs smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot set up the calendar in Outlook. It would be nice if they’d include this ability in the system. It is not a big issue though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We love the ease of booking. Our instructors only have to click on the time slots that they are free for consultations and fill out a form. It saves us the hassle of finding the best consultation time for both the instructor and the client. Clients, on the other hand, can easily cancel or reschedule the meeting when needed with so much ease. They also receive appointment reminders, which reduce the cases of no shows.
