What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like this product’s interface, it provides snapshot of tasks for specific projects and we can easily search through recent tasks. Also, I like the comment features as well because the whole team can upload attachments along with the comments and make everything available in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI can be overwhelmed at firts and it seems that it’s complicated to use. I had some issues when I tried to add team members to projects and assignments but this was because they weren’t allowed to post updates to the tasks assigned to them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to manage big projects and to keep track of each task, item and performance. It helps us to manage our tasks thanks to its features like assigning task to specific memeber of the team. The good thing is that when everything is done and well listed, the tool ensures that the projects would be complited in a timely manner.
