What are the best aspects of this product?

YouTrack is easy to set up and it is extremely customizable solution that meets all development team’s needs and requirements. Also, i like that they constantly add new features, the tool is easy to update and you can eaisly manipulate data and this means that import/export of data is piece of cake.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its UI is not as intuitive as it should be. Also, there are no out of the box plugins. Also, time reporting needs lot of improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to manage our tasks for our development teams. Also, we can better organize our structure and keep track of everyone’s performance.
